What We’re Growing
While all of the pumpkins, squashes, and gourd varieties we’re growing are technically edible, some are grown primarily for eating, while others are best suited for decorating.
Edible varieties are selected for their flavor and texture and are great for cooking, baking, roasting, soups, and more.
Decorative varieties are grown mainly for their shape, size, color, and classic fall look. They can technically be eaten, but they are generally better enjoyed as part of your fall decorations.
